Welcome to Wora Digital. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Wora Digital provides web design, development, SEO, PPC, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

  • A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins.
  • The remaining balance is due within 14 days after the website has gone live in a beta phase.
  • If no material issues are raised by the client within the 14-day beta phase, the project is deemed accepted and the balance becomes payable in full.
  • Late payments may incur interest at 5% above the Bank of England base rate for each started 30-day period overdue.

3. Timelines

  • Projects are estimated to complete within the timeframe outlined in your proposal, provided that all required content is supplied on time.
  • Delays caused by late submission of content may extend the timeline.
  • Wora Digital requires at least 5 working days before launch to upload, test, and configure the final site.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must supply all content (text, images, logos, etc.) and are responsible for ensuring appropriate usage rights.
  • Once CMS access is granted, the client is responsible for any edits or new content added.
  • The client indemnifies Wora Digital against any claims resulting from supplied materials.

5. Portfolio Rights

Wora Digital may display completed work in its portfolio, promotional material, and social media. A small credit link (“Website by Wora Digital”) may be placed in the footer.

6. Ownership & Licenses

  • Ownership of the final website design transfers to the client upon full payment, excluding any third-party plugins or assets.
  • Third-party plugin licenses (when required) are the client’s responsibility and may be billed separately.
  • Wora Digital is not liable for the performance, security, or availability of third-party software or services.

7. Revisions

  • Two rounds of design revisions are included.
  • Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may be charged at an hourly rate.

8. Maintenance & Support

  • Ongoing support and updates beyond the initial 14-day post-launch support period require a separate maintenance plan or ad-hoc agreement.
  • Hosting and domain registration are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

9. Delays, Termination & Refunds

  • If a client fails to provide necessary content within 30 days, the project may be delayed or paused.
  • If paused for more than 45 days, Wora Digital reserves the right to cancel the project.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if obligations are breached.

10. Liability

Wora Digital is not liable for loss of revenue, profit, or data, or for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the website.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, strikes, pandemics, hosting failures, or serious illness.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
